Freeze dried fire cider made with all organic material. Fire Cider consists of citrus, cinnamon, black peppercorn, turmeric, cayenne pepper, jalapeños, rosehips or elderberry, ginger root, rosemary, onion, garlic, and horseradish root.
The combined ingredients help to boost immunity and combat a multitude of sicknesses. Due to the freeze dried ingredients, this air tight fire cider can live on you shelf unopened for 25+ years. Apple cider vinegar not included.
Instructions:
Add apple cider vinegar (preferred organic) until all of the ingredients are fully immersed. Then close lid tightly and shake once everyday for 4-6 weeks. The longer the ingredients ferment in the apple cider vinegar, the more potent the fire cider. Store in a dark and cool place for optimal results. Strain ingredient after the 4-6 weeks and then take 1-3 tablespoons daily with warm water and honey or as a shot.
